@VinceDelMonte Hey Vince, I just bought the AB Assault video and it looks great. Just a quick question though, when you say 3 sets of each exercise and then say repeat circuit 3 times. Does that mean do one set of a exercise then move on to another exercise until you finish and that equals one circuit? Or do 3 sets of same exercise then move on to the next one?
Vince your abs are looking thicker and you’re not even at your ideal body fat % yet. The proof is the pudding..keep it up and good luck for 16th April.

Damn, so much hate in this video. I used to be 130 pounds. Scrawny as shit. Now, I’m 160 and I’m still building up. Let me tell you, it’s by far the hardest thing to ever accomplish. To push your body BEYOND what’s capable of doing is the most dramatic change I’ve ever faced. So for those who are hating on Vince, fuck off. This guy busted his ass off much more than ANY of you will ever face.
@jayrockvids Also…. another reason abs can be trained daily is bc they are WORKED all day long supporting your body. They are capable of a lot of work hence the reason they DO need to be trained more frequently… similar to calves too.
@rahul16449 There is no such thing as “losing” muscle. Your muscles can inflate or deflate based on calorie levels and once you re feed them after you’re done dieting… they “inflate” again.
@bk13na Hey bro… I gained 41 lbs of muscle when I was 22 years old. I’m 31 years old now and have grown since then and through a recent bulk had some fat to cut. When you want to get “contest ready” you almost ALWAYS have a lot more fat to lose than you think… unless you walk around 4-5% body fat all year round and if that’s you… you don’t need to be watching my videos!
its really annoying how whenever you gain weight you say “i gained 41lbs of MUSCLE” and now that your losing weight your saying “i lost 25lbs of FAT”. Some of that weight you gained were FAT and some of that weight you lost were MUSCLE. Don’t try fooling people for their money Vince
@royaldutch101 Yes I know, you can get all the information you need for free, but some people NEED people like vince to write everything down perfectly for them. Its one of the reason people rely on personal trainers, if Vince didn’t have thsi market share, someone else would.
@MrOJ92 im not saying everything scoob says is true but he does give free,practical unbiased advice on getting in shape.vince claims to have the ultimate answer for skinny guys which just doesnt exist!is there a workout in no nonsense muscle building that didnt exist before the book?theres big money to be made in the fitness industry,vince is just one taking advantage of this.id love if there was an ultimate answer,but lets be honest theres not,so why waste money on something thats free elsewere
@royaldutch101 Alot of stuff scooby says is complete broscience, for instance he believes you can only gain 5lbs of muscle a year and he doesn’t rate squats – the best overall exercise minus deads.
well dats exactly true but in my case i do need abs at the same time i don wanna loose size on other parts o the body… and by doin so much cardio don u think ur gonna loose mass aswell?

@vickidickishmicki Yes if you do heavy weight training. With a taba, HIIT , high rep cardio workout like this you can do it once or twice a day but then rest the next day if you want. I would suggest you do this one day and then you do some weight training the following day. But you could do this every day as well, no problem with that!
@moricestreet909 thats wrong you should only work the same muscle intensely at least every other day so it has time to heal and grow, if you don’t you will injure yourself

@SalmanAbbas0 Most people do have a 6 pack. Sure there are a few people who’s abdominal muscle are fused, especially the lower area and you only see a 4 pack but most people just aren’t ripped enough yet or their lower abs are not developed enough. If you are 6% body fat and still have just a 4 pack then yes, that is just how your muscles are.
